  1. How do I purchase Solana (SOL) in order to successfully buy one of the avatars?

  • Step 1: Download the Phantom Wallet chrome extension. A simple google search of “Phantom crypto wallet” will take you to their site. Additionally, download the Coinbase wallet on your phone and make an account with them for exchange purposes.

  • Step 2: Set up your wallet account through the step-by-step process that phantom will take you through. Once complete, click on the deposit button shown directly beneath your balance to purchase Solana for your wallet.

  • Step 3: Type Coinbase (any other exchange platform will work, Coinbase is easiest for first-timers) into the search bar and click on it. Your wallet address will then appear along with a QR code. Either copy that address or scan the QR.

  • Step 4: On the Coinbase dashboard page, click “Send/Receive” and paste your Phantom wallet address that you copied in step 3 and then enter the amount of currency that you would like to transfer. Select Solana for “pay with,” and put whatever amount that you would like. Click continue and confirm the pop up options.

  • Step 5: Check your Phantom wallet and view your newly purchased SOL in your balance!

    2. How do I get involved in MetaMadness?

    1. You can tune into our events and find out about release dates by following us on any of our publically available social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Discord). If you want the full MetaMadness experience, you must purchase one of our player avatars. In order to acquire one of the avatars with your SOL that you have already purchased, you will go to our personalized minting website that will be released in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to discord for announcements. Once you make that purchase (of any avatar regardless of rarity), a variety of members-only benefits will be unlocked such as entry into our bracket pool with chances to win prizes, private discord servers/channels, our capper consensus sports betting picks, and much more.

    3. If I am eliminated from the MetaMadness Bracket Challenge, what’s the point of owning my player avatar?

    1. Even if you are eliminated from our bracket, ownership of your player will still give you access to all of our giveaways, pick ‘em challenges, members-only discord channels, high-quality capper picks, the opportunity to participate in future contests that we will be holding, and much more TBA!
